So this project is to convert a normal lego block to usb key. I took the following 2 blocks of lego and combined them with standard usb key and make a lego block style. The yellow. I started off this the following few blocks of lego.

As you can see i have a nice dremel that i used to take out sides and center. I used 1 and a half lego blocks to get the red one to make right size

The yellow one fit nice and snug into its case. The only think i would have done different for next one would be pooring glue in over before putting bottom on but it work just as well putting bit of supper blue in.
