Set office to save docx to doc

New office 2007 is annoying and has been annoying everyone i am working for. So have them setup docx to save as doc files.

Step1: Save doc:

Click on icon again, menu will appear go to bottom right hand corder Word Options, click on right menu click Save change Save file in format to Word 97-2003 Document (*.doc)


You should see this when changing

If you change this it will save all documents from now to .doc rather than the new format .docx

Convert docx to doc files:

This is only used for the files that have docx extentions but the first step will make sure all the files from now on are saved in old format.

Go to icon at top right hand corner, save as, word 2003 document and send the document.
If you want it to always save as a doc file we can change that by default
