so after a lot of time looking around internet about a problem had about OS x 10.5 iterm 0.9.5 and vim with backspace and entering in data in local and remote access I fond this tutorial on how to fix the problem.

Vim is now fixed by setting up bashrc and also the preferance setup and now it all work so happy
